Sending flowers to someone means, first of all, love, hope,
trust. When we send flowers we express the noblest feelings
in our lives. Certainly, if all of us would understand, for
just one second, this extraordinary message that a flower
brings, then the world we live in would be much better. In
each person there is a little artist, a beauty creator.
We use to buy flowers for different occasions like
birthdays, Mother's Day or Valentine's Day wishing to make
that special person feel loved and remember this moment for
many years. But we should learn to buy the right kind of
flowers because the usual red roses are not suitable for any
occasion. Giving the wrong type of flowers to someone can
send the wrong message.
Choosing Flowers
Most people buy flowers from street shops and the advantage
is that the shop employees are able to help you pick the
right type of flowers. Also you can see for yourself that
the flowers are fresh, and you can get advice on how to
preserve them as long as possible.
Different occasions mean different flowers. There are a lot
of types of flowers and every one of them sends another
message. This is why it is not such a good idea to send,
roses for example, both to your girlfriend and mother.
Different types of love ask for different types of flowers.
Buying Bulk Flowers
Tip number one: Get to the market early in the morning.
Usually, the best flowers are the first to sell out. Also,
inform the flower store shop of your big purchase in
advance. This way they will get those flowers for you as
fast they can and in the best condition.
Types of Flowers and Arrangements
Every flower signifies something. Lilies mean purity or
sweetness, bamboo good luck and fortune, carnations means
fascination, and daisies signify loyal love. Beside roses,
another beautiful flower that represents the idea of love
and, of course, beauty, is the orchid.
A very special flower, the rose, comes in many colors. Each
and every color signifies something particular. For example,
romantic love is represented, as we all know, by the red
rose. If you love someone and you can~t share this feeling
try the pink rose. Also use the yellow rose in case of a
non-romantic love.
Should you send flowers now? Is it appropriate? Picture the
look on the face of your loved one when they arrive --
that's the answer!
